Loop Bands

These little guys are excellent for nuanced corrective exercises. your shoulders and hips will thank you!

Resistance Bands

These are good for anyhting from stretching and mobilizing to assisting with pullups or adding resistance to any type of movement. A set of varied sizes is recommended.

Trigger Point Foam Roller

Everyone should have a good foam roller in their kit. These are compact so they travel well and they are incredibly durable. 

Lacrosse Ball

For those pesky hard to reach spots. Sometimes you just need a lacrosse ball to get to the root of that muscle knot.
