Equipment Needed
Open floor or yoga mat
Instructions:
You will be making a large circle with your hip
- Start on all 4s
- Draw one knee towards your chest without rounding your back
- When you can no longer bring your knee forward start to push it out to the side and back
- When your knee is fully behind you begin bringing it forward again
