Open floor or yoga mat


You will be making a large circle with your hip

  1. Start on all 4s
  2. Draw one knee towards your chest without rounding your back
  3. When you can no longer bring your knee forward start to push it out to the side and back
  4. When your knee is fully behind you begin bringing it forward again

Overarching or rounding your spine as the hip moves through a full range of motion.
