Hi. I’m Ian, founder of Mission MVMT

I have been in that situation numerous times in the past. Funny thing is that I have been helping to rehabilitate and prevent injuries in athletes for over a decade and I still found myself:

  • Injured
  • Overwhelmed by information
  • And lost when it came to taking care of myself
