Hi, I’m Ian. The Founder of Mission MVMT
I have been in that situation numerous times but the funny thing is that I have been helping to rehabilitate and prevent injuries in athletes for over a decade and I still found myself:
Overwhelmed by information
And lost when it came to making real improvements
I also saw that I wasn’t alone…
I realized that I had no plan and I wasted a lot of time doing things that didn’t work.
The “Guru’s” I found on the internet had tons of content but there was no direction.
There was too much information.
What’s right for me?!?
It was like trying to drink from a fire hose!
So I decided to create my own game plan.
Mission MVMT makes it easy by giving you:
We will show you what you need
By following our assessment strategies you will be able to:
Tune out the sea of information overload
Know exactly what to do (and when) with a solid game plan
Stop wasting time with things you don’t need
Why guess when you could KNOW?
Assessments give you a road map, Corrections give you the directions
Our corrective exercise progressions:
Help you focus on the important stuff
Avoid distractions and the “noise” out on the internet
Build momentum by hitting benchmark goals along the way
Improve fitness by tweaking your warm ups and cooldowns
Once you start moving better you will notice that the flood gates open.
You move more efficiently which means:
Fewer aches and pains
Optimal movement means efficiency. No more driving with the parking brake on.
We don’t rely on motivation.
In fact, motivation isn’t actually that effective; it comes and goes.
Instead we utilize systems that build habits.
Create benchmark goals
Build confidence through success
Give you a simple framework to build better habits around
