Hi, I’m Ian. The Founder of Mission MVMT

I have been in that situation numerous times but the funny thing is that I have been helping to rehabilitate and prevent injuries in athletes for over a decade and I still found myself:

  • Injured

  • Overwhelmed by information

  • And lost when it came to making real improvements

I also saw that I wasn’t alone…

I realized that I had no plan and I wasted a lot of time doing things that didn’t work.

The “Guru’s” I found on the internet had tons of content but there was no direction.

There was too much information.

So I decided to create my own game plan.
